Has batching content got you in all kinds of blah?


Next time you sit down to plan out your content in advance, try this easy formula by creating the following posts...​​​​​​​​



​​​​​​​​4 x Educational or industry thought-leader posts

Add value to your audience by showing them how to solve problems that they have or through your thought leadership. This content could be a piece from within a program you have, a teachable piece of content or something about the problem you solve.


Reels and carousels are great for these types of posts. ​​​​​​​​

3 x Inspirational, fun or relatable posts

This usually relates to your story and how doing X,Y,Z has solved a problem that your ideal client has. This should highlight how things are now that the problem is solved and may feature the struggle that you went through to get to the other side. If your brand has a humorous side then this is a great place to use humour. These posts may also include client case studies.


Reels and carousels are also great for these types of posts. ​​​​​​​​

2 x Promotional or sales posts

Include details of you current offer and a call to action of how to buy, eg. DM me for more info, Get it via the link in the bio etc. These posts highlight that you're "open for business" and taking clients so that new followers can learn what you offer. If you’re not selling then this post would be used to promote your latest freebie.

1 x Testimonial post

Highlight a client testimonial or reference from someone with the aim of increasing your credibility. If you're new, pro bono clients OR even trainer references from certifications you've done are also great.


Static posts with key quotes, carousels or client interviews are the go here.​​​​​​​​

Use this formula when you're not launching and it will give you 10 posts making at least 2 weeks worth of content a cinch! ​​​​​​​​
